NCHS Senior Spotlight: Belle’s future plans after high school are, “Attending College of the Ozarks majoring in Agriculture Education with hopes of teaching at an area high school.” Her favorite memories in high school were, “Cheering for our athletes at sporting events and all the good times I have had at FFA activities.”Belle’s advice to underclassmen is, “Don’t be afraid to go outside of your bubble while in high school. High school is about finding yourself so don’t be afraid to do just that and live the four years to the fullest. You don’t want to regret the things you didn’t do in high school.” We are very proud of you Belle! NCHS Senior Spotlight: Makenna’s future plans after high school include, “attending MACC in Mexico majoring in Nursing. Throughout college I will work at the University of Missouri in the MICU.” Her favorite memories in high school were, ” Going on all of the FFA trips and losing my voice in the B squad at football games on Friday nights!” Makenna’s advice to underclassmen is, ” Don’t ever care what others think about you, make the most out of any situation and do any and every activity you can and be involved.” We are very proud of you Makenna! Her favorite memory in high school is, “when me and two of my friends skipped body conditioning class and all of us got sent to Mr. Foulk’s office!” Layla’s advice to underclassmen is, “Not everyone is your friend. You can forgive people, but it isn’t always easy to forget.
