NCHS Senior Spotlight: Sierra Barker…
My favorite memory about high school is everything I have done through FFA. I have so many to choose from whether it be contest teams, points trip, National Convention, or the many others it is hard to choose just one. I will remember those times forever. My grade school experience is different from most of my classmates because I attended Kingdom Christian Academy. My favorite memory from grade school is playing basketball, singing in choir, and doing chapel skits.Being a member of the FFA is what makes me the most “Thunderbird Proud”..The advice I would like to leave for the underclassmen is to not get so caught up with high school that you cannot move on once you graduate. Don’t get me wrong high school is meant not only to educate you, but to have fun and make memories, all of that is great. Ultimately it is a stepping stone into the next portion of your life. There is a time and a season for all things, and high school is just one of the many we will go through in our lives. And remember, people are more important than popularity.
Great advice. We are PROUD of you Sierra! The administration, teachers, and staff of NCHS wish you much success in your life journey beyond high school! #ThunderbirdProud
