Breathe For Change (Wellness Class)

Breathe For Change ‘Wellness Class’ . 8 components were learned today:

  • Settling In – which calms, grounds and centers
  • Breath Awareness – creates awareness of breath and deepens self-awareness skills
  • Mindful Movement – strengthens the body, enhances energy levels, stimulates the mind
  • Community Connection – builds community, fosters collaboration, enhances trust and deepens relationships
  • Focus – helps channel energy, cultivates inner peace, reduces stress, improves focus, behaviors and performance
  • Creative Expression – increases curiosity through exploration, promotes reflection, fosters creativity
  • Relaxation – slows down the mind, relaxes the body, enhances cognitive thinking and improves sleep quality
  • Closing – powerfully completes a learning experience, creates meaning and inspiration
