2022 Senior Spotlight: Allie Flynn
Allie’s favorite memories of high school are in the lunch room everyday laughing with all her friends. What has made Allie the most Thunderbird Proud is the NCHS Quiz Bowl Team. Allie’s legacy advice to underclassmen is this, “Join as many extracurriculars as you can. I have made so many friends I would have never met if I didn’t join anything.” Allie’s plans after high school are to attend Columbia College and become an RN. The administrators, teachers, and staff of NCHS are so proud of you Allie!! We wish you the very best in your life journey beyond high school! Congratulations! #ThunderbirdProud

2022 Senior Spotlight: Lydia Backer
Lydia says her favorite high school memories, “Would have to be cross country practices my senior year with my best friends.” When asked what makes her the most Thunderbird Proud, Lydia states, ” I think seeing my team mates push themselves to their max at every cross country meet truly made me the most thunderbird proud. Just seeing how much they could accomplish made me so proud.”Her legacy advice to underclassmen is, “If you’re unhappy, make a change and fix it. I was unhappy my freshman year at the school I was attending and I decided to transfer to North Callaway. That is the best decision I have ever made. After high school Lydia plans to attend Saint Louis University to earn a bachelors in Aerospace Engineering. After college she hopes to work for NASA or Boeing design aircraft/spacecraft. 2022 Senior Spotlight: Chloe Midkiff: Chloe’s favorite memories in high school were, “All of the marching band compilations. They were always so fun and I met so many people through them.” When asked what makes her Thunderbird Proud, Chloe states, “The Music Department!” Her legacy advice to underclassmen is, “If you are considering joining something, do it. The worst that could happen is that you don’t like it and quit.” Chloe is planning to attend Mizzou and study art.
