TBird Teacher Feature!
TBird Teacher Feature: Meet Mrs. Madalyn Maddox, physics teacher at NCHS. She is originally from Kansas but moved to St. Louis when she was 5. She has 2 children and one grandchild who she says is the “sweetest boy ever!” Mrs. Maddox knew she wanted to be a teacher when she was in college and her mother influenced her the most in that decision. When asked what she looks forward to the most in working with NCHS students, she states, “I hope to have a positive influence on the way that students feel about learning Science. Science is fun and interesting and there is always more to learn!” Mrs. Maddox says that Thunderbird Proud means, “Giving your best every single day. Treating others with kindness.” She says that the one word that would describe her is “dedicated”. Make sure to say hello the next time you have the opportunity to see Mrs. Maddox #ThunderbirdProud
