TBird Teacher Feature: Born in St. Louis, Ms. Harper, NCHS Assistant Principal, has a son who will graduate from Mizzou, and a little dog named Bridgette. She has also lived in Germany for three years! When asked what she likes most about working with the NCHS students she states, “I enjoy being around the students every day.
